We have been providing exceptional catering and cafeteria experiences in the Ottawa/ Gatineau area for over 10 years. Our job begins the moment you pick up the phone, send us an email or utilize the online order form. We take the worry away with a one-on-one walkthrough the ordering experience. We are committed to protecting the Personal Information you provide. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your Personal Information.

Your Consent

Each time you visit this website, place an order via telephone, or provide us with information you consent to the collection and use of your information by LUNCH in accordance of the terms in this Privacy Policy. By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of our Privacy Policy, and you adhere to the terms and conditions posted on the Site. By submitting your information, you agree that it will be governed by our Privacy Policy.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We may use any information collected pursuant to this Privacy Policy for the purposes of providing our catering services, products and other features for you, to measure and improve existing services, and provide customer support. We take adequate measures to secure and protect your personal information, and do not share any of this information with third parties.

Account Information

When visitors create personal/ corporate accounts in our online ordering system, we collect personal information such as name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, postal code, town/city, order history, and any and all other information you may provide on our website.

Contact forms

Our contact forms require you to provide us with your name, telephone number and email. This information will not be shared with third parties, and remains confidential with LUNCH for the purpose of providing a response to your request. 


If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.


We collect data via Yoast SEO to help us improve our services through determining site traffic and page clicks. Analytics are kept confidential and are not shared with third parties, and are only used for the purpose of refining the overall customer experience.

How long we retain your data

Personal information provided is retained for various amounts of time depending on the type. Contact form request data is retained for a 12 month period before being removed from our system. For users that register on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. This metadata is retained indefinitely. 

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Payment information

All users with registered accounts are given the choice of paying for their catering orders immediately upon placing them or subsequently through our follow-up method. All immediate payments are facilitated via PayPal, and do not require the user to have a personal PayPal account.  We are not responsible for the use and disclosure of your information when using Paypal as your method of payment.
